24 Sep What to do after massage: new ideas to unwind in Barcelona!
After massage you’ll suddenly have many different feelings. I know it because many clients have asked me about all these. Of course I also indulge into massages every now and then, so I know how it feels after leaving a massage studio as a client.
For instance, everybody knows that kneading your body drains the water out your fibres. It consequently produces the feeling of thirst. You are absolutely welcome to ask me for different sorts of soft drinks at y studio, also fresh bottled water.. Of course I will then serve you some water, some soft drinks, some juice. Also a premium Gin&Tonic —if you happen to choose the premium massage menus. Because I want you to feel comfortable and taken care of at all times!
Also after finishing our bodywork and your shower!

After the best gay massage
So this is my personal choice! Since these are my favourite places I am going myself there oftentimes after finishing my job. This does not mean we have to meet there though!
Exactly like in massage, there are different styles for different tastes. While all of them are lovely you will surely discover your own favourites.
Close to my former massage studio at Pau Claris. This is a nice and small café with a 3-tabled terrasse on the street corner of the intersection Pau Claris and Mallorca.
They offer the delicious Portuguese “pastéis de Belém”. Fresh out the oven! A nice idea for a sweet breakfast and for the time between lunch and dinner. They also serve “empadas” and other delicious Portuguese stuffed cakes.
Though the name sounds a bit difficult, the place is trendy, state of the arte and really good taste. As tasty as everything they serve, from small sandwiches ((different sorts of bread and brioche) and home-made cakes. A nice place to chill, read or converse with friends.
Summertime is even better when enjoying the fresh wind coming from the sea. The perfect time for a cocktail. Have it slow, enjoy a nice conversation and forget about the time. Live music? Yes please!
The rooftop of this nice hotel —so conveniently placed at a corner of Plaça Catalunya— is a separate world. Here you’ll be able to forget the busy Rambla. This rooftop cafeteria has the charm of urban gardens. Candle lit at night, cozy sofas and woven chairs. A place to start a chit-chat even with unknown guests. Cocktails are fairly priced, not too expensive. Service is slow but kind. Cosmopolitan mood.
There are some very interesting place just around the corner.
This is a very popular restaurant, with excellent fair prices. The high quality doesn’t mean they are expensive at all! They don’t accept reservations, so you’ll maybe have to stand in a long line for a while.
The Catalan beer brewing factory has been recently recovered. They also added a huge and very interesting restaurant area and a terrace. Trendy, young clientele and excellent dishes!
